Q: How do I open my DVD cover & get my DVD out ?
A: Lift the snap tab on the outer cover of the DVD case and then push in the center post of the case while while raising the edge of the DVD
Q: How long does it take to get my Ruffkutt (Raw Video) DVD ?
A: It can take up to 14 days ( or longer depending on workload )
Q: How long does it take to get my edited (polished) DVD ?
A: It can take up to 8 weeks ( or longer depending on workload )
Q: How can I order a DVD ?
A: You can call, mail, email, or fill out a video inquiry form on our web site (see our contact page)
Q: How do I get my Ruffkutt DVD to play?
A: You must hit play or enter on your DVD player
Q: My edited DVD just keeps playing the same thing over and over. How do I get it to play ?
A: You must select a chapter or hit play or enter on your DVD player. The video that plays over and over is a menu screen for your DVD
Q: Can I order video from a year ago ?
A: Yes. We keep all master tapes for 5 years . (An archive fee will apply)
Q: My DVD plays for a few seconds then stops , What do I do ?
A: 1st try running a DVD head cleaner in your DVD player , If that does not work try putting the DVD in a different player and see if it works , If still nothing contact us (phone numbers are on our contact page )
Q: My DVD will not play in my computer
A: We format our DVD's with -R format DVD encode - Some computers are +R format . 1st try it in a separate DVD player (outside of your computer), If it works there then it is your computer. We can copy an -R format to a +R format for a fee . Please contact us first
Q: Can I copy my DVD or can you copy it for me ?
A: Yes you can copy your DVD there is no copyright or encryption on our discs - If you do not have the ability to copy the DVD yourself we can copy it for you for our normal copy fee ( see our current price list here )
